The buns are held above the hot dogs on a rack so that hot dogs are hot and ready to eat, while buns are soft and fresh. Tempered Glass Both the front and rear panels are made of tempered glass for increased safety. Side Drain Valve To drain the water pan, simply use the 3/4" side drain valve to empty the water at the end of the day. 8 Qt.
