Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of receiving verified payment. We accept payments via PayPal. Payment must be received within 3 days of auction close. We reserve the right to cancel transactions for lack of payment after 3 days. This includes problems with: compatibility, improper installation, etc. Buyers are responsible for return shipping and handling charges for non-defective items. Returned non-defective items should be in new condition in their original packaging. DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS: On rare occasion, an item may become damaged or defective during the shipping process. These items can be exchanged for the same item or refunded. We will cover the lowest cost of shipping via USPS both ways for exchanges due to defects or damage. To receive a full refund, buyers must provide photo proof of the damaged/defective item. For items that move, video proof must be provided if the photo does not clearly indicate the damage or defect. Buyers requesting a refund do not need to return the item if the verifying photos/videos have been provided and approved by us. We reserve the right to require at any time that a buyer return a damaged/defective item before a refund is issued, even if photo/video proof has been provided. An electronic return shipping label will be sent to you via eBay message or email once your return or exchange has been approved by us. Original packaging should be used to return all items. We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive in the best possible condition, including extra packing materials and custom-fit shipping boxes when necessary. However, please be aware that you are purchasing a perishable, fragile item that has been baked locally and is designed to be shipped short distances on a pallet to a grocery store that has purchased them in large quantity. During the hot summer months it is not unheard of for the package to get too warm when shipped to places like California, Arizona, Texas, etc. If you live in a hot climate, we would discourage you from purchasing during the summer, as temperatures inside shipping trucks can be well above the outside temperature. The vast majority of our customers understand this and have been very happy with their products. While our products are well-packaged and identified as “perishable”, we are not responsible for the actions of careless postal workers who mistreat your package.
