The Nexcelom Cellometer Auto 1000 Cell Counter is a rapid Trypan Blue Viability instrument that returns results in less than 10 seconds and takes up little space on your bench. This cell viability counter uses bright field imaging to check the cell count, concentration, diameter, and % of viable cells automatically. For greater accuracy, the Cellometer uses pattern recognition software to id and count individual cells within a cluster. The Auto 1000 also has an adjustable slider for roundness can be adjusted for irregularly shaped cells such as  RD cells, activated T-cells, and skin cancer cells.  This cell counter analyzes and generates a histogram based on cell diameter, with minimum and maximum sizes set by users to exclude items like debris or to count a specific cell in a sample.
