This is a new condition window or wall air conditioner which also has heat.
AC btu 25000 heat 16000 btu. Easily cool or heat a 1500sq ft space.
This ac still has the warranty-5 years sealed system.
It was bought in July of 2015. Installed in a window and used a few times. Its still brand new. No box however. I lost my lease in my Laundromat so I took it out before leaving. You can tell by just looking at it its in new condition. I will deliver within reason, I'm in westchester. This is a serious AC you need a dedicated electric line for this ac with a 30 amp breaker. It will not work with a regular 110 plug.
I pulled the unit out of the sleeve so it would be easy to see how clean and new the unit is.
