Vintage Girls Red Leather Mittens Lined Snaprite Closure Cute Unusual Find

Description

Cute vintage girls red leather mittens are probably from1920’s to 1940’s. An unusual find in decent condition for their age.
They have plastic-like snap closures that look like Bakelitebut may not be and are stamped with (I think) Snaprite brand name. (See ECUphoto.)
Fronts have three decorative top-stitched lines; topstitching around openings. Tan leather binding along edges.
Some damage along the snap area on one mitten. They arelined with what I think is finely knit wool. You can see this best in close-upphoto of tear near the snap.
Finger tips area on backs show dirt wear from age.
