QUICK TO INSTALL - Simply attach the top rail using a screwdriver (not included) & follow the directions to install the air conditioner to your double hung window. Fits windows between 23" & 36" wide.  The lower sash must allow for 13" of vertical clearance when open.
EASY-TO-CLEAN - Cleaning the filter is a breeze. Just slide the filter out once a month, rinse it thoroughly under running water, put it back and enjoy clean, cool and fresh air.
